The Geography Department at GMU: This site shows the different faculty members that work in the geography department as well as show off research projects being done in geography. The site also has information on careers in Geography as well as a link to the geoclub. http://geog.gmu.edu/

ESRI: This site is a shop where you can buy the latest in GIS software. Numerous companies and organizations use ESRI's software to construct maps. http://www.esri.com/
The National Geospatial-Intelligenence Agency: This government agency collects geospatial information and puts them in a database for both Intelligence agencies such as the FBI and the CIA, and the military. They collect all forms of geospatial data, satellite imagery imagery intelligence, and geospatial information. The United States Geological Survey: This site has over 300,000 books and maps on file. You can buy many products at their online store including maps. You can view satellite imagery of your home or view other maps interactively online. http://www.usgs.gov/
